Halal Food In Japan

Sunday, September 6, 2009 ·

Newly arrived from Nagoya my stomach is empty. It's time for lunch I think, because it was 13:00. Me and my cousin Hiro, looking a near restaurant then ordered a variety of food. Surely Japan's food paradise. At that time I do not know if in Japan many foods should not be eaten by islamic people. I can not mention one by one food that should not be eaten because maybe 90% Japanese food is forbidden.

Really very sorry if the money we earn, spend for the forbidden foods. After I know about this, I always selectively choosing a food, if I buy some food I always see the food ingredients. One of the most important things we can do to help keep our bodies clean inside is eating healthy meals. There too many places we can go to and find junk food, even in expensive restaurants. You never know what ingredients are being used. The best way to solve this problem is to cook you own healthy meals. Get into the habit of doing this and your health will improve rapidly.
